I think that is a bad idea kane, just because I strongly believe that the universe will implode when both rage quitters try to rage quit each other, producing some kind of paradox

Ha ha, true.

This week Atlus is supposed to update their site, they might update the Yagami and AOF teams, and probably story mode in the game modes section.
That will only leave the "Download Content" section to be updated. Maybe in 2 more weeks we might, finally, get some info about the characters.

2 questions:

Does Etincelles still has all those juggles capabilities? I've seen some console vids in wich the Ely had the player against the corner and when she started doing etincelles they would miss after the first or second one. I don´t know if it was bad timming or it just doesn´t works as in the arcade.

My second question is regarding her Neomax, as a standalone attack it works as a counter. What happens if I throw a fireball (normal, ex, Haouhshokoken, whatever) and she performes it?

Is anyone else frustrated that RSG spends a lot of time at conventions putting out this product and Atlus doesn't seem to give a care? Two events go by and they'd rather put out "Catherine" than KoF XIII. I'm feeling like someone needs to talk to them or marketing about their approach/lack theirof on the KoF front.

We're not getting any events to showcase or test the product! It shouldn't take an arm and a leg to do it either!

Funny thing is Atlus was the first to actually give the players the chance to test the console version by attending EVO. I remember watching the live stream with Yamamoto, The Answer, Mr. Kof.
But then, it was PAX and that was it. It looked like they were really gonna do some noise but they just didn´t. On the other hand it took more time for RSG to take the game to events but once they started they haven´t really stopped.
Sadly, I don´t see Atlus taking the game to any other convention before the release date, but I hope I am wrong.

Don´t worry, Rex.
The fight will still be projected in the screen at the Stadium.
Here, check in the Atlus trailer at 0.49. It is really fast but you can see Saiki fighting Billy and it is projected in the screen.

Regarding loading times, I know that will be fix with the final version installed, and to me that is enough. I heard many games had the same issue so hopefully it won´t keep newcomers from getting the game.

I guess many of you are aware that next Wednesday (October 12) there will be an event in UK sponsored by RSG.
There will be a live-stream of the event from 7.30 PM (UK time).
It was announced a while ago, but I just saw this message posted by Yen Hau from RSG in Orochinagi and I think it is worth mentioning:

Fear not, we will not have the same machines as TAC (sorry about that by the way, I had no idea the consoles would be that bad).

I will bring the same consoles I had with me in Paris this past weekend. No slow down problems this time, plus the latest build of the code…although sadly the loading times of the disc are still a bit longer than I would like, it is to be expected as it’s debug code, I hope you all understand :)

Looking forward to seeing you all on Wednesday again!

This means we will be seeing some high quality matches from the console version without slow downs on specials or HD mode.

More console videos from Gunsmith:

The next video is an oportunity to see Billy's stage in HD and also, to check Leona's Neomax, wich includes a new voice sample. Now she says "Ikimasu" as in the arcade, but after she hits the opponent, she says "sayounara". Sounds nice. I have to mention that those colours look awesome on Takuma.

A pup better than original Scooby? Ridiculous. The original series is still to this day something absolutelly unique and amazing, and eventhou it is really naive, it has a great sense of mistery.
Filmation's Ghostbusters

Best part of the show, transformation secuence:

I am a guy, but I never had any problem to admit that Jem was the shit, ha ha.

I will test how the online works from my end and if the result is possitive I will join in.

Disastrous presention of KOF XIII in Spain... There was a PS3 which was turning off because of getting heat. Soul Calibur V was running on it, and they changed for KOF XIII. So, the game only was playable early on morning when the console was cold.. the rest of the day it was turned off. And just one screen/one game and difficult to see it.. So, yes, disappointing.

Anyway, some of our users could tried it and they are glad with the game. One of them said is one of the best fighting games port due to its features, content, game modes, etc. So, impressions are really really good :)

I've read the comments in spek. I think it is absotutelly unacceptable.
I don´t care if KOF is not so popular, you are trying to tell me a game company like Bandai Namco can´t get a an extra console?
I would like to read some comments about Paris Manga event.

I haven´t seen this posted so.

BILLY KANE ON PS3, SAIKI ON 360????

Professor from MMCafe

Quote
Billy may be usable only on the PS3 version, whereas Saiki only on the Xbox360. That's what some people are assuming, after reading the latest issue of Arcadia magazine. The magazine is obviously wrong, but given that it's a major publication, it's definitely going to cause headaches to SNKP regardless of whether it's correct or not.

http://www.dotup.org/uploda/www.dotup.org2089527.jpg

Text on top:
"The Xbox 360 version and the PS3 version has different usable character(s), so be careful about that point as well."

Text on the side"
"Billy is usable on the PS3 version. Just like his costume, he can use his classic moves from the past. And in addition, he's gained new normal attacks and EX specials, and these elements allows him to move quite differently from his past renditions!"

My personal assumption is that the build that Arcadia was using was the same as the demo at Tokyo. (Billy default on PS3 and Saiki needs unlocking, Saiki default on 360 and Billy needs unlocking). SNKP's official 13CS site says nothing about them being exclusive to a console.

Shiranui Ninja posted in Spek that KOF XIII is playable at the GAMEFEST 2011 in Madrid, Spain.
Bandai Namco are the ones showing it since they will handle the distribution in Spain.
So this weekend people in Spain and France will be able to test the game.
Good, more exposure to KOF III in Europe.

I'm also surprised his Rapid Punch didn't got nerfed as Ralfs. I'm still confused on the reason for Ralfs Rapid Punch getting nerfed. =/

To me it makes perfect sense. Ralf's multipunch range is ridiculous, plus, due to his size, it is not as easy to counter from the air as it looks like. Sometimes you just try to jump and attack over it and it just hits you.
Joe's on the other hand doesn´t have those properties, very little range, plus, it is a move that you are supposed to continue  with ;dn ;db ;bk (or at least have the option to).
I still think Mai and Kensou have improved more than Joe, cause I think he was extrematelly underrated.
He has improved, but he was already good to begin with, at least to me.

I foresaw a lot of Joes to begin with because he's freaking Joe.

Amen to that, brother.
OSSSSSSSSSSSSSSHAAAAAAAA!!!!
