it's still you just not understanding the moves properties

the reason you can only do it at certain points is because of how the move works in order to combo it, the move you max cancel off of needs to have enough hit stun for the neo max to connect. the move won't gain anything just because you max cancelled. therefore it isn't a bug it's just how the move works.

i think you can lose wherever, when i did it i lost at dark saiki to be safe.

What about Scene 32? how do you unlock that one? I'm at 94% and just need to open 32 up then go to 29... I went from scene 8 and beat the game with all teams..

if you look on atlus site for kof 13 they listed what i'm guessing means kyo is available on 12-20-11

i played a yellow bar with a friend ( don't know exact location pretty far away though) and it was ok. i could do basic combos however my inputs wouldn't register for supers all the time.

Anyone know when Mr. Karate and EX Kyo are coming out?

they haven't even been officially announced by snkp or atlus, how would anyone know?
