Really good fireball. Solid frame data and pretty fast-travelling. Useful at long- or mid-range for the usual fireball things.

Great anti-air, combo ender, and big silly hitbox to throw out in neutral to catch people. Very useful move in every situation but defense, as this isn't a reversal. Also not nearly as bad on block as it looks; the first hit pushes you out of range of the rest of the animation, which will play in full on block with a big hitbox and very little recovery after, making this move difficult to punish.
Where the real fun begins is at low Spirit, where this move is replaced with fHK. This is incredible and a character-defining strength of King; since fHK is so fast and special cancellable, you can chain multiple fHKs in a row in order to stun the opponent off basically any ground hit. This is King's stun loop, and it gives her devastating reward on her already strong ground normals.

Deceptively awful super. The two fireballs will never combo into each other, and will never jail into each other on block; the opponent can react to eating the first fireball, forward jump over the second one, and punish. It's also not difficult to jump over both fireballs in a single jump in neutral, making this a bad zoning tool as well. Only really useful for chip kills vs opponents at 11 health or less.

King benefits immensely from being at low Spirit, and has two very good ways to burn Spirit in Venom Strike and Trap Shot, so you probably won't be sitting on 75% Spirit late in a round that much. If you do get a chance to set this up, this is a big, powerful unblockable that you can meaty with off every knockdown in her kit pretty much.

Really good fireball. Solid frame data and pretty fast-travelling. Useful at long- or mid-range for the usual fireball things.
At low Spirit, the fireball will dissipate instantly without travelling anywhere, and will do 8 damage. This is, of course, terrible, and you should not attempt this special at low Spirit.

Only combos into itself at point-blank; at most ranges, the last hit will drop. Hits pretty hard and is actually plus on block, so it's not a bad thing to buffer behind some normals for safety.

Costs 33% Spirit.

Costs 75% Spirit. Can only be executed with sufficient Spirit.

Costs 75% Spirit. Can only be executed with sufficient Spirit and at 25% health or below.
