Command Moves

Double Tomahawk - f + B Rugal does two kicks. First hit is a mid, but second is an overhead. First hit is special cancel-able. - Soft Knockdown when hitting in-air enemies

Reppuuken - qcf + A/C

Dark Barrier - qcf + B/D

Genocide Cutter - dp + B/D Rugal's signature crescent kick special. Can reversal a lot of moves, including Max 2 supers. In combos, can be looped up to 5 times, depending on the timing and positioning. (To loop this move, make sure that it only hits twice before Rugal lands, then do another Genocide Cutter, then repeat until 3rd hit connects.) Can be followed up with any of his supers. B version does 3 hits and is fairly safe due to pushback and low landing point, D version does an extra hit but is death on block. - Soft Knockdown

God Press - hcb + A/C Rugal runs forward, and if he hits the enemy, he will grab them and pin them to the corner. Very unsafe on block, should only be used as a combo ender. A version travels 50% of the screen, while C version travels full screen. (Has a bug where if it hits an enemy with 0 hp, the enemy will get stuck on Rugal until time out.)

Beast Destruction - hcb + B/D Rugal does a series of multi-kicks. Doesn't travel full screen, so make sure to land close to the enemy, otherwise some hits will miss, leaving Rugal open for punishment. B version does 3 hits, while D version adds an extra hit that wall bounces.

Kaiser Wave - f, hcf + A/C (hold to charge) Rugal's own version of Wolfgang Krauser's super Kaiser Wave. Comes out insanely fast. If charged for a bit, it becomes a launcher, and at full charge it becomes unblockable. (Warning: Rolling forward while Rugal is charging this move will result in you getting hit multiple times, up to 50% of your HP lost)

Desperation Moves

Gigantic Pressure - qcf, hcb + A/C A more souped-up version of his God Press. Hits OTG for some reason after his SDM Destruction Omega.

Destruction Omega - qcf x 2 + B/D Rugal's Ranbu-style super. Rugal does a series of light and heavy punch attacks before ending it with his regular Genocide Cutter from previous iterations.

Super Desperation Moves

Gigantic Pressure - qcf, hcb + AC Lvl. 2 of his Gigantic Pressure DM, Rugal this time carries you to the other corner after the first hit.

Destruction Omega - qcf x 2 + BD Lvl. 2 of his Destruction Omega DM. Rugal this time does a series of heavy kick attacks (and his Double Tomahawk command move) before ending it with Genocide Cutter. Due to the 3rd hit of Genocide Cutter, Rugal can follow this up with Lvl. 1 Gigantic Pressure if he has enough meter.
