The fine folks over at Orochinagi have put together a frame data app for KOF XIV. Currently released in beta on Android devices via Google Play. Sign ups for beta version 1.1 are here. Only 1,000 beta sign ups were issued so if you miss out make sure to check orochinagi.com in the future for the full release.
