Introduction

98 to 98UM
Normals:
- st.C hitbox size increased, now hits all crouchers
- st.C starts up 1 frame faster
- Far D startup decreased by 2 frames and has 5f less recovery
- neutral j.D has 1 frame less startup

cr.C can be done in place of the lights but you'll have to wait for U+P to be charged instead of charging it during the combo. Both do the same damage.
